Reaching for Those in Need
Our Outreach Program organizes home and hospital visits to let people know they are valued members of the community, and that we care about them! AIDS Care Service seeks out HIV+ individuals and their families who may have “fallen through the cracks”. Emotional support and referrals for services make an important difference during difficult times.
Specifically, Outreach includes a variety of services, such as:
- Psychological support to individuals and families.
- Appropriate in-house and interagency referrals.
